Kaitlyn's Flower Girl Debute!

Yesterday Kaitlyn got to be one of three flower girls in our friends' wedding...and she did GREAT! I'm still breathing a huge sigh of relief that she made it down the aisle. Her dress fit her perfectly and she looked adorable in it...she was very excited to wear her "pretty peach dress" that had been hanging in the closet for months. The other two flower girls were 4 years old and about 21 months, and of course Kaitlyn is 2 years 8 months. They all held hands as they made their way down the aisle and Kaitlyn actually lead the way with a smile on her face! I was at the back of the church getting them ready so I didn't get to see them go down the aisle, but Wayne video'd so I could watch later. I'm so happy she did such a good job! PHEW!!

She even had a wonderful time dancing and running around at the reception...the ENTIRE night! She seriously didn't stop until we got in the car at 10pm...then she crashed hard and didn't even wake up when I changed her into her jammies at home. We had so much fun dancing...she even remembered part of the chicken dance and she tried to do the hand jive with us too! Ang and Patrick's wedding was lovely and I'll remember Kaitlyn being a flower girl for the rest of my life. Truely an amazing day! Here are a few pictures for you to enjoy!
