So it's official...Kaitlyn is starting to put some words together...how exciting is that?! A few months ago she surprised us by saying "Daddy bye bye" and then "Mommy up"...and then that was it for a while! But she's back in full force now I think! The other morning she told the dogs "No no no doggie no!" because they were trying to lick her! Ha ha! Today we were driving in Grandpa Wagner's car (he borrowed our car for a weekend trip, so we traded vehicles) and she kept saying "Papa bye bye" over and over...it was so stinking cute...like she recognizes that it's his car and he's not in it but we are! Anyways, she's just really fun right now...and we try to make sense of what she's saying...she still babbles a ton, but she'll point at something and babble and get frustrated at us because we can't de-code her baby babble!
Daddy caught her in the act today too...she climbed up on her little kitchen and was standing in the sink! Ha ha! Oh and she's discovered that letting the dogs out of the basement is a great deal of fun too! They come barging out at full speed, nearly knocking her down, but for some reason that's really fun to her!
Grandma Maloch is up for a visit this weekend...we've had fun running errands and then tonight we went to a wedding of a long-time neighbor friend, so that was fun. Hopefully the rest of the weekend we can relax. Two weekends from now we'll be up at Grandpa Maloch's in the UP!! That'll be really fun, but a long trip...hopefully Ms. Busybody does well in the car!
